Fulham Football Club Foundation are committed to promoting environmental sustainability and therefore politely request that participants across all our programmes arrive with their own multi-use drinks bottle rather than a single-use bottle.

Our Junior Pan DisAbility Hubs can be the first step for a player on their footballing journey, or for the more experienced footballer looking to play regularly in a safe and inclusive environment. Sessions are for players aged 5 to 16 years with any form of physical and/or learning disability or special educational need.

Young people will develop their footballing ability and build their confidence and ability to play in team environments. Players will also meet new friends and socialise with other budding young footballers.

This session takes place on an outdoor astro pitch in a secure Children's Centre, so please ensure your child wears adequate clothing/layers to be outside and that they have with them:

- Water bottle (no fizzy drinks)
- Suitable footwear (Astro Trainers or Trainers. No studded footwear)
- Shin pads
- GK gloves (if they need them!)

We are not currently able to provide 1:1 supervision for individual players and if this is needed for any player, this must be provided by a parent/carer and is at the discretion of Fulham FC Foundation. All parents will be allowed to remain on site to watch the sessions.

Fulham FC Foundation’s Player Pathway programme provides players who have previous knowledge and experience of the game with high-quality coaching. The programme develops players, encouraging creativity and supporting the holistic development of a player, whilst allowing them to take ownership of their own learning.
Our Player Pathway programme is designed for male and female players in age groups from Under 7's to Under 16's, with weekly sessions taking place across numerous venues during the school academic term.
The Player Pathway aims to offer pathways and transitions for our players. Some examples of this is the Fulham FC Academy, Football and Education Programme, Girls Development Centre and Made in Fulham programme.
Our sessions run weekly to support individuals to achieve their maximal potential across the FA's 4 corner model (physical, technical/tactical, psychological and social) with the support of FA qualified coaches. We provide an engaging and inspiring environment where players can take ownership of their own development and learning, improving player’s physical and mental wellbeing.
Venue Details:
There is no parking available at the Fulham FC Training Ground. Please use Blakes Avenue.
Player Pathway sessions at this venue is run outside on 4G pitches.
Sign in/ out:
• Aim to arrive between 7:10-5:20 for sign in to maximise playing time.
• Please ensure you escort your child to the coach to sign in and collect your child at sign out, this will allow the coaches to check you have your child’s nominated adult listed to collect them.
• When booking please ensure you have included your allocated guardians to collect your child.
• Please also make the head coach aware of any pre-existing injuries, so coaches can keep an eye on the girls throughout the session.

Our DisAbility GoalKeeper School is designed for male and female players aged 12 to 16 years, with any form of physical and/or learning disability or special educational need.

This session takes place on the 3G astro pitch at Fulham FC Training Ground, so please ensure players wear adequate clothing/layers and that they have with them:

- Water bottle (no fizzy drinks)
- Suitable footwear (Moulded/Rubber studded boots, Astro Trainers or Trainers. No Metal Studs allowed)
- Adequate layers
- Shin pads
- GK gloves

We are not currently able to provide 1:1 supervision for individual players and if this is needed for any player, this must be provided by a parent/carer and is at the discretion of Fulham FC Foundation. All parents/carers will be allowed to remain on site to watch the sessions.

Due to restrictions at the venue:
- Only one parent/carer will be allowed to attend the session with each player, if necessary.
- A designated travel route around the site must be followed at all times.
- Anyone arriving at the venue any later that 15 minutes after the designated start time of their session, will not be able to access their session.
