Each day will focus on a different topic, aiming to create well-rounded tennis players and young people! Participants will have the opportunity to take part in many different activities and sports, develop their physical wellbeing and meet like-minded pupils in their school.

We strive to provide an engaging and inspiring environment where female players can take ownership of their own development and learning, whilst improving their physical and mental wellbeing. The programme also provides additional opportunities here at the Foundation such as educational training, and a pathway into our EmpowHER and Football & Education Programme. Previously we have also had participants progress into Fulham FC Women’s team.

Our Active Autism Kingston Football Sessions can be the first step for a player on their footballing journey, or for the more experienced footballer looking to play regularly in a safe and inclusive environment. Sessions are for Juniors aged 5 to 9 years with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Young people will develop their footballing ability and build their confidence and ability to play in team environments. Players will also meet new friends and socialise with other budding young footballers.

This session takes place in the indoor 3G astro pitch at Fulham FC Training Ground, so please ensure players wear adequate clothing/layers and that they have with them:

- Water bottle (no fizzy drinks)
- Suitable footwear (Moulded/Rubber studded boots, Astro Trainers or Trainers. No Metal Studs allowed)
- Shin pads
- GK gloves (if they need them!)

We are not currently able to provide 1:1 supervision for individual players and if this is needed for any player, this must be provided by a parent/carer and is at the discretion of Fulham FC Foundation. All parents/carers will be allowed to remain on site to watch the sessions.

Due to restrictions at the venue:
- Only one parent/carer will be allowed to attend the session with each player, if necessary.
- A designated travel route around the site must be followed at all times.
- Anyone arriving at the venue any later that 15 minutes after the designated start time of their session, will not be able to access their session.

Our Active Autism Kingston Football Sessions can be the first step for a player on their footballing journey, or for the more experienced footballer looking to play regularly in a safe and inclusive environment. Sessions are for Juniors aged 13 to 16 years with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Young people will develop their footballing ability and build their confidence and ability to play in team environments. Players will also meet new friends and socialise with other budding young footballers.

This session takes place in the indoor 3G astro pitch at Fulham FC Training Ground, so please ensure players wear adequate clothing/layers and that they have with them:

- Water bottle (no fizzy drinks)
- Suitable footwear (Moulded/Rubber studded boots, Astro Trainers or Trainers. No Metal Studs allowed)
- Shin pads
- GK gloves (if they need them!)

Our Hammersmith & Fulham Skills Club runs at Bishops Park, Fulham every Saturday morning of the school term. The sessions cater for boys and girls of the U4 (last year of Nursery) to U12 (year 7) age groups. Our sessions follow a termly curriculum and are designed to be fun, engaging and educative for participants of all abilities and experiences.

During the morning, we run a 9:00am to 9:50am session for the U4 to U6 age groups; followed by a 10:00am to 11:30am session for our U7 to U12 age groups. The sessions will follow a simple structure; ball mastery-based arrival games, fun practices relating to the weekly topic and concluding with small-sided games or tournaments.

The sessions aim to support each participant with improving football skills, physical & mental well-being as well as providing participants with the opportunity to make new friends.

The sessions take place in a public park on grass. Please ensure that the participant brings the following:

- Shin Pads
- Appropriate footwear for grass
- Appropriate clothing for the weather
- Water Bottle
- Sun cream
- GK gloves (should the participant want to participate in goal)

This programme offers a pathway into the following Fulham FC Foundation activities - Weekday Skills Club, Girls Development Centre, Player Pathway and Soccer Schools.
