Join us for an hour in a safe and inclusive space for adults 18+ of varying abilities and experiences to improve your mental health. The session starts with a group wellbeing activity followed by football and physical activity.

All sessions will be held outdoors on 3G pitches so please wear appropriate active wear, shin pads and rubber soled boots/trainers (no metal studs).

Young people will develop their footballing ability and build their confidence and ability to play in team environments. Players will also meet new friends and socialise with other budding young footballers.

This session takes place on the outdoor astro pitch at Black Prince Trust (Powerleague), so please ensure your child wears adequate clothing/layers to be outside and that they have with them:

- Water bottle (no fizzy drinks)
- Suitable footwear (Astro Trainers or Trainers. No studded footwear)
- Shin pads
- GK gloves (if they need them!)

We are not currently able to provide 1:1 supervision for individual players and if this is needed for any player, this must be provided by a parent/carer and is at the discretion of Fulham FC Foundation. All parents will be allowed to remain on site to watch the sessions.

The Fulham Badgers Tennis Sessions are for participants with Downs Syndrome aged 5 years and over. Sessions are delivered by highly qualified and experienced coaches.

Our Fulham Badgers Tennis Sessions can be the first step for a player on their tennis journey, or for the more experienced tennis player looking to play regularly in a safe and inclusive environment.

Players will develop their tennis ability and build their confidence and ability to play in a tennis environment. Players will also meet new friends and socialise with other budding tennis players.

This session takes place in the indoor tennis courts at The National Tennis Centre, so please ensure players wear adequate clothing/layers and that they have with them:

- Water bottle (no fizzy drinks)
- Suitable footwear (Astro Trainers or Trainers. No studded footwear)

Other sessions available at The Foundation include: Girls Kicks/Kicks Development Centre (10-18 years), Girls Soccer School (5-14 years) and our Player Development Centre which offers an opportunity for those who wish to play in a mixed environment (U7-U16s).

The Development Centre is an invite only programme for players U8-U16 that strives to support the footballing development of ambitious and accomplished grassroots players, while also fostering their overall holistic development. This is an invite-only programme. Please email femalefootball@fulhamfc.com to express your interest or to find out more.

Our Goalkeeper School provides a focused learning environment for aspiring Goalkeepers, where we strive to support the footballing development of ambitious and accomplished grassroots players, while also fostering their overall holistic development.

Goalkeepers will have the opportunity to join the groups in match-based practices at the end of some sessions and will make up a key part of our Development Centre. They will have the chance to take part in our fixtures which will be held during holiday periods where will will face oppositions from similar community football programmes, ensuring a challenging and enriching environment.

Players will engage in practices designed to improve their technical skills, tactical understanding and overall confidence in goal, ultimately aiding their long-term development. Sessions are run by experienced coaches provides a pioneering and stimulating environment allowing individuals to recognise and reach their maximum potential, with players receiving feedback at the end of each term.
