The Fulham Foundation Girls Pathway Talent ID gives U6 to U8 girls the opportunity to experience a Fulham Foundation football environment and showcase their ability in a fun, positive and supportive setting.
Our coaches will get to know each player throughout the session and identify the most appropriate level of the Girls Development Pathway for their current stage of development.
Our pathway provides different levels of challenge and support, allowing players to develop and progress at their own pace.
Tier 3 - Girls Skills Club
Fulham Cross Girls School
A fantastic starting point for players developing their fundamental football skills, confidence and enjoyment of the game.
Tier 2 - Girls Progress Centre
Fulham Cross Girls School
For players who have developed strong foundations and are ready for a more challenging and structured environment, helping bridge the gap towards our highest level of pathway provision.
Tier 1 - Girls Development Centre (GDC)
Blagdons Sports Ground | U8+ only
Our highest level within the Foundation Development Pathway, providing an advanced environment for players demonstrating the ability, attitude and potential to progress further.
What happens after the Talent ID?
Following the session, players may be recommended for Girls Skills Club, Girls Progress Centre or Girls Development Centre, depending on their current level and development needs.
For some players, the best next step may be to continue developing within their current environment and revisit progression at a later stage.
Players can move through the pathway as their ability, confidence and understanding of the game develops, with the aim of ensuring every player is in an environment that provides the right level of challenge.
