To celebrate Mental Health Awareness Week we are hosting a More Than A Game Open Day on Sunday 12th May from 11am until 1pm. The Open Day is an opportunity to experience our More Than A Game Football programme which includes fun and inclusive football and wellbeing activities for adults (18+) of all abilities and experiences. On the day you will have the opportunity to take part in games and activities, as well as meet and learn about local services and activities that can support your mental health and wellbeing.

The football activities will be held on a 3G Astroturf, so if you would like to get involved, please wear appropriate active wear, shin pads and rubber soled boots/trainers (no metal studs).

The EmpowHer programme aims to inspire and provide female players with enhanced confidence and self esteem, whilst providing opportunities to increase knowledge and skills across physical and mental wellbeing in addition to football and career pathways.

The programme will also provide increased knowledge and understanding on the female pathway at Fulham FC and Fulham FC Foundation, FFC Women’s Under 18 programme, external opportunities and exit routes into careers in football.

EmpowHer is for female footballers aged 15 -18 years (Under 16 – Under 18) who would like to combine a weekly training session with opportunities to complete formal qualifications, take part in educational workshops and receive mentoring support.

This Fulham FC Foundation activity is open for pupils from Dorchester Primary School ONLY.
Our Breakfast Club programme caters for boys and girls in Years 3, 4, 5 & 6. All abilities are welcome!

Whether you are new to the game or play regularly, there is something for everyone. Groups are split by age and ability to ensure our participants have the opportunity to play with their friends and in an environment that will challenge them to develop and have fun!

Each day will focus on a different topic, aiming to create well-rounded footballers and young people! Participants will have the opportunity to take part in football matches, develop their knowledge of the game and meet like-minded pupils in their school.

The Breakfast Club at this venue is run on the playground depending on the weather.

Please check the weather forecast beforehand to prepare your child for the session and ensure your child brings the following:
- Water Bottle (no fizzy drinks)
- Suitable footwear (no metal studs)
- Shin pads
- GK Gloves (if they need them!)
- If it is scheduled to rain, they will need: a jumper and coat.

Our Adult Female Pan DisAbility Hub can be the first step for a female player on their footballing journey, or for the more experienced footballer looking to play regularly in a safe and inclusive environment. Sessions are for females adults (aged 16+ years) with any form of physical and/or learning disability or special educational need.

Players will develop their footballing ability and build their confidence and ability to play in team environments. Players will also meet new friends and socialise with other budding young footballers.

This session takes place on the 3G astro pitch at Fulham FC Training Ground, so please ensure players wear adequate clothing/layers and that they have with them:

- Water bottle (no fizzy drinks)
- Suitable footwear (Moulded/Rubber studded boots, Astro Trainers or Trainers. No Metal Studs allowed)
- Shin pads
- GK gloves (if they need them!)

We are not currently able to provide 1:1 supervision for individual players and if this is needed for any player, this must be provided by a parent/carer and is at the discretion of Fulham FC Foundation. All parents/carers will be allowed to remain on site to watch the sessions.

Due to restrictions at the venue:
- Only one parent/carer will be allowed to attend the session with each player, if necessary.
- A designated travel route around the site must be followed at all times.
- Anyone arriving at the venue any later that 15 minutes after the designated start time of their session, will not be able to access their session.
