The sessions use the FulAbility Journal to support young people’s mental, social and physical wellbeing. They focus on developing confidence, understanding emotions, building positive relationships, and creating healthy routines, with practical strategies that participants can apply in both sport and everyday life.
Sessions are delivered in a supportive, structured group environment and are guided by experienced Mental Wellbeing Practitioners, who specialise in working with young people in performance and wellbeing settings.
These sessions are designed for young people aged 7 to 12 and take place on site at Fulham FC Training Ground in the hour after the normal sessions. Each session lasts for an hour and can be attended as a standalone session or as part of an ongoing programme.
