To celebrate Mental Health Awareness Week we are hosting a More Than A Game Open Day on Sunday 12th May from 11am until 2pm. The Open Day is an opportunity to experience our More Than A Game Football programme which includes fun and inclusive football and wellbeing activities for adults (18+) of all abilities and experiences. On the day you will have the opportunity to take part in games and activities, as well as meet and learn about local services and activities that can support your mental health and wellbeing.

The football activities will be held on a 3G Astroturf, so if you would like to get involved, please wear appropriate active wear, shin pads and rubber soled boots/trainers (no metal studs).

- Water
- Hand sanitiser
