Our Girls Development Centre here at Fulham FC Foundation is an invite only programme for players U8-U16 that strives to support the footballing development of ambitious and accomplished grassroots players, while also fostering their overall holistic development. Sessions run by experienced coaches provides a pioneering and stimulating environment allowing individuals to recognise and reach their maximum potential.

Frank was often seen coaching at local schools and grassroots teams during his time and one of the main tenants of The Frank Soo Foundation is to create community events to help young people from ESEA heritages to take part in football.

The Frank Soo Foundation has been given a wonderful opportunity to work with Fulham FC, who have made available the use of their training facilities. The sessions will be taken by Fulham's coaches, with support from our own Volunteer Coaches/Parents from ESEA backgrounds. Young people will develop their footballing ability and build their confidence and ability to play in team environments. Players will also meet new friends and socialise with other budding young footballers.

This session takes place in the indoor 3G astro pitch at Fulham FC Training Ground, so please ensure players wear adequate clothing/layers and that they have with them:

- Water bottle (no fizzy drinks)
- Suitable footwear (Moulded/Rubber studded boots, Astro Trainers or Trainers. No Metal Studs allowed)

Players will develop their footballing ability and build their confidence and ability to play in team environments. Players will also meet new friends and socialise with other budding footballers.

This session takes place in the 3G Indoor Dome astro pitch at Fulham FC Training Ground, so please ensure players wear adequate clothing/layers and that they have with them:

- Water bottle (no fizzy drinks)
- Suitable footwear (Moulded/Rubber studded boots, Astro Trainers or Trainers. No Metal Studs allowed)
- Shin pads
- GK gloves (if they need them!)

We are not currently able to provide 1:1 supervision for individual players and if this is needed for any player, this must be provided by a parent/carer and is at the discretion of Fulham FC Foundation. All parents/carers will be allowed to remain on site to watch the sessions.

Due to restrictions at the venue:
- Only one parent/carer will be allowed to attend the session with each player, if necessary.
- A designated travel route around the site must be followed at all times.
- Anyone arriving at the venue any later that 15 minutes after the designated start time of their session, will not be able to access their session.

The Fulham Badgers Football Sessions are for participants with Downs Syndrome aged 16+ years. Sessions are delivered by highly qualified and experienced coaches.

Our Fulham Badgers Football Sessions can be the first step for a player on their footballing journey, or for the more experienced footballer looking to play regularly in a safe and inclusive environment.
