FA England Talent Days are your opportunity to learn more about the Pathway and to be selected for a programme within it.

So, if you are a brilliant player with cerebral Palsy, visual or hearing impairments we are here to help you find your way to get stronger, play greater and get to the England Para Squads.

This event is for players aged 7 to 16 years with Cerebral Palsy, Visual Impairments or Hearing Impairments.

Format of the Day:
10am to 10:45am - Welcome, Registration and Intro to the Para Pathway (+Q&A)
11am to 12:30pm - Players on the pitch with the coaches, being put through various drills and skill based activities.

Our Football & Education programme provides students athletes the perfect opportunity to combine their Sixth Form academic studies, with an elite football development programme. Being one of the highest levels of football outside of the professional game, delivered by highly qualified, academy coaches our student athletes have three training sessions and a fixture built into their weekly academic timetable. This provides them the perfect opportunity to develop their footballing skills while still having access to a high-quality education, that provides the opportunity to undertake either A-Level or BTEC Qualifications.
Our recruitment events provide interested participants the opportunity to:
• Demonstrate your footballing ability and try out for the programme.
• Learn more about the programme, and ask the coaches any questions you might have.
• Meet the highly qualified coaching team who run our male and female teams.
• Experience the world class facilities you’d use on the programme.

Recruitment Event Details:
Age Group – This event is for students who are currently in Year 11, and will be moving into Sixth Form/College in September 2026
Venue - Fulham FC Training Ground, Motspur Park, KT3 6PT
Playing Surface – 4G Astro Turf Pitch
Session Type – Invite Only Training Session
Sign in – 9:00am , sign in will be done by the side gate at reception. Please wait outside reception until a staff member comes to sign you in.
Sign out – 11:30am
Parking – No parking is available onsite. Please use alternative parking on local roads including Blakes Avenue. Please be considerate of local residents with regards to noise and parking/waiting.

What to bring:
• Water Bottle (no fizzy drinks). Fulham FC Foundation are committed to promoting environmental sustainability and politely request participants arrive with a multi-use drinks bottle rather than single use
• Football boots (no metal studs)
• Shin pads
• Goalkeeper Gloves (if player is a GK)
• Winter: Jumper and coat
• Summer: Sunscreen, light layers and sunhat
