Fulham Memories at Tudor Drive Library is 1 hour 30 minutes of fun games and activities including chair-based physical activity.

Every Monday we will be at Tudor Drive Library from 10:30am for table based brain games, worksheets, activities and music. This is followed by chair-based exercise getting everyone moving for the week. We also finish with a good game of Boccia or similar games too.

If you'd like to join us then feel free to turn up on the day. All new members are required to complete a new participant form when joining our club, for health and safety purposes.
