Every Friday we will be at South Mitcham Community Centre with teas, coffees and a quiz or game from 10:30am. This is followed by around 45 minutes of chair-based exercise getting everyone moving for the week. We also finish with a good game of Boccia too.

Sign in/ out:
• Aim to arrive between 7:05-7:10 for sign in to maximise playing time.
• Please ensure you escort your child to the coach to sign in and collect your child at sign out, this will allow the coaches to check you have your child’s nominated adult listed to collect them.
• When booking please ensure you have included your allocated guardians to collect your child.
• Please also make the head coach aware of any pre-existing injuries, so coaches can keep an eye on the girls throughout the session.
