Details: Fulham Memories is 1 hour 30 minutes of fun games and activities including chair-based physical activity. Every Thursday we will be at Manresa Clubroom on the Alton Sheltered Housing Estate, Roehampton with teas, coffees and a quiz or game from 11am. This is followed by around 45 minutes of chair-based exercise getting everyone moving for the week. We also finish with a good game of Boccia too. If you'd like to join us then feel free to turn up on the day or you can sign up online here. Fulham Football Club Foundation are committed to promoting environmental sustainability and therefore politely request that participants across all our programmes arrive with their own multi-use drinks bottle rather than a single-use bottle.
