Details: The Fulham FC Foundation Development Programme exists to provide ambitious, accomplished and / or experienced grassroots players with high-quality coaching in a footballing environment that encourages creativity and ownership of learning without a fear of failure. The programme will be ran for age groups under 7's to under 16's with sessions taking place across numerous venues each week during academic terms. To supplement the term-time sessions, we also try to facilitate fixtures and other development opportunities throughout the year. The comprehensive training syllabus will cover both technical and tactical aspects of the game with a focus on developing well-rounded footballers who have the foundations to go and reach their full potential. In addition to the above, and equally if not more important, the programme will also seek to develop well-rounded young people as well as players so that they have strong personal foundations for the future. Specifically, the Player Pathway aims are to: • Provide the highest quality and most enjoyable football coaching experience to all participants. • Stretch & challenge all participants at a level that allows them to develop and reach their full potential. • Assist in the social & emotional development of all participants, giving them the knowledge and skills required to be happy and successful in life.
