Details: Car park: No parking is available on site. Please use alternative parking down Blakes Avenue, as always be considerate of local residents with regards to noise and parking/waiting. Sign in/ out: Please ensure you escort your child to the coach to sign in, this will allow the coaches to check you have your child’s nominated adult listed to collect them. If this will be an alternative person please email playerpathway@fulhamfc.com and inform the head coach on arrival. Please also make the head coach aware of any injuries, so coaches can keep an eye on the players throughout the session. Prior to your child being collected and bought back from their session, the venue head coach will ask parents who they are collecting as well as confirming their names again. This is to ensure a smoother sign out process. Bring/ wear: Please check the weather forecast beforehand to prepare your child for the session and ensure they bring the following: - Water Bottle (no fizzy drinks) - Fulham Football Club Foundation are committed to promoting environmental sustainability and therefore politely request that participants across all our programmes arrive with their own multi-use drinks bottle rather than a single-use bottle. - Suitable footwear (astro boots) - Shin pads (Players won’t be able to participate in any form of contact if they don’t wear them) - GK Gloves (if they wish to play in goal) - If it is scheduled to rain, they will need: a jumper and coat. - Sunscreen
