Details: The Fulham FC Foundation’s Player Pathway programme aims to provide players who have previous knowledge and experience with high-quality coaching and development opportunities in a footballing environment that encourages creativity and supports a players holistic development, whilst allowing them to take ownership of their own learning. Our Player Pathway programme is designed for male and female players in age groups Under 7's to Under 16's (School Years 2 -11) with sessions taking place across numerous venues each week during academic terms. To supplement the term-time sessions, we also try to facilitate fixtures during holiday periods throughout the year. The comprehensive training syllabus covers both technical and tactical aspects of the game, with the aim of creating more confident and well-rounded footballers who have the foundations to go and reach their full potential. In addition to the above, and equally if not more important to us, the programme and our team of experienced FA & UEFA qualified coaches also seek to develop well-rounded young people as well as players so that they have strong personal foundations for the future. The Player Pathway programme can also offer opportunities for progression through grassroots football, and also offer educational opportunities to support players in their journey beyond 16 years old.
