Start and End Date: January 6, 2026 - March 31, 2026
Details: Join us for an hour in a safe and inclusive space for adults 18+ of varying abilities and experiences to improve your mental health. The session starts with a group wellbeing activity followed by football and physical activity. All sessions will be held outdoors on 3G pitches so please wear appropriate active wear, shin pads and rubber soled boots/trainers (no metal studs). Don't forget to bring: - Water bottle For more information about this activity please email health@fulhamfc.com.
